Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

You might belong in Gryffindor,
Where dwell the brave at heart,
Their daring, nerve and chivalry
Set Gryffindors apart.

You might belong in Hufflepuff,
Where they are just and loyal,
Those patient Hufflepuffs are true
And unafraid of toil.

Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw,
If you've a ready mind,
Where those of wit and learning,
Will always find their kind.

Or perhaps in Slytherin
You'll make your real friends,
Those cunning folk use any means to achieve their ends.

Lindsey and Vanessa had something to do with it, too... :)

We kind of have this feeling that every House Quiz on the net is inferior. This test is no different. Well, it's actually completely different. Although the results can't be completelty accurate due to us not being able to see into your mind and know where you belong, we've made a quiz that comes pretty close. Most other quizzes give "what's you're favorite animal/color/teacher" questions, which have nothing to with your personality or what house you'd belong in. And also unlike other quizzes which use morality, right and wrong, we use silly questions to catch you off guard. Morality can't work, for not all Slytherins are evil. Simply ambitious, and misunderstood, at that.

Another thing we noticed is that Gryffindors and Slytherins aren't all that different. Doesn't it make you cringe? Reckless and ambitious. Either way, pride can be your downfall, though it doesn't have to be so. Neither are Hufflepuffs "duffers", nor Ravenclaws bookworms. Remember that the Hogwarts Triwizard Champion was a Hufflepuff (Harry was from Hogwarts, not the champion for Hogwarts) and that Ravenclaws are clever and witty, in addition to simply being book smart. We feel that the latter two houses are extremely underrated in the Potterverse, and if you decide to be in either those two houses, more power to you!

The three of us actually sat around a table coming up with questions for hours and justifying our answers. Although I wouldn't allow a "what's your favorite Bowie-era," question, even question #4 has been well thought out by us. Also, don't forget to click around to view information about the other houses, as well. I've spent a LOT of time compiling everything I could about the various houses, so be sure to do that. Hope you enjoy the quiz!
